- process early-access applications, waitlist signups, and optional follow-up submissions;
- communicate with you about launch updates, product news, early-access opportunities, support, and administrative matters;

- understand demand, audience fit, and product interest so we can improve rollout and service design;

3. How Information Is Collected and Stored
Information may be collected directly from you when you complete a form, respond to optional questions, upload content, or contact us. We may also collect certain technical information automatically from your browser or device when you use the site.
Website and waitlist data may be stored using service providers and infrastructure we use to run EvoGolf, including hosted database and application services. Support communications may also be stored in our email and business systems.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, store data, operate infrastructure, process communications, support analytics, secure the service, or otherwise run EvoGolf.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.
EvoGolf may also provide features that let users choose to share information with other authorized users, such as a parent, coach, or player account relationship. Where those features exist, sharing is controlled by the relevant permissions and product settings.
For example, we may offer features that allow a user to grant a coach permission to view that user's scorecard data, round history, analytics, and related performance insights. When enabled, that access is controlled by the user and may be changed or revoked through the applicable product settings or by contacting us where needed.
We may also use and share anonymized or de-identified information, where permitted by law, for product improvement, analytics, model or workflow refinement, research, reporting, and similar business purposes.
This may include aggregated or benchmark information that does not identify individual users, such as summary performance trends, average results across groups, or other population-level reporting.
5. Scorecards, Uploads, and Performance Analysis
EvoGolf is designed to help players and their support teams understand performance. If you submit scorecard data, round information, or images of completed scorecards, we may process that information to extract relevant data, structure it for analysis, and generate outputs such as performance metrics, trends, ratings, strokes-gained calculations, comparisons, summaries, and player-development insights.
These outputs may reflect multiple dimensions of play, including tee shots, approach shots, short game, putting, scoring patterns, penalties, course-management tendencies, consistency, and similar aspects of player performance.
We may also retain submitted scorecard images and related extracted data to develop, train, test, validate, and improve optical character recognition, data-extraction, and similar AI-assisted processing used to read scorecards and support product functionality. Where used for these purposes, we intend to use anonymized or de-identified data rather than directly identified user data.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to operate the waitlist and services, communicate with users, maintain business records, improve the product, resolve disputes, protect our interests, and comply with legal obligations.
In some cases, anonymized or de-identified information may be retained for longer periods for analytics, product development, model improvement, research, or other lawful business purposes.
7. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us at support@evogolf.ai to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
If you no longer wish to receive launch or waitlist communications, you may also contact us using that address.
8. Children's and Junior Golfer Information
EvoGolf may receive information relating to junior golfers, including through a parent, coach, or guardian. If you believe a child or junior golfer's information was submitted inappropriately or without proper authorization, contact us and we will review the request.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the last updated date.
